Rev.io Approved Merchant Processors (Rev.io)

These Merchant Processors (Merchant Gateways) are approved and integrated through an API with Rev.io.  You will need a Merchant Processor in order to accept payments and or have your customers make payments through their Billcenter Billing Services Portal Access. A majority of our Resellers use Authorize.net, secondarily we see Resellers using STRIPE, however, beware of the note that specifies that STRIPE is only integrated with Rev.io for credit card payments.  The third most used is IPPAY.  The "Others" have been very rarely if ever used.  It does not mean they cannot be used but just beware that the setup will typically be new to us as well and may incur more delay in setting up.

#1 Authorize.net/Authorize.net CIM  (Credit Cards and eCheck/ACH with either Visa or Mastercard, AMEX (AMEX requires a direct account)

We will need your API Login and your Transaction Key from you to setup this processor to work with Rev.io.  See this Help Article

#2 Stripe - www.stripe.com  (Credit Cards Only, see IMPORTANT note at the bottom of this help article)

We will need your secret and live keys from you to setup this processor to work with Rev.io.  See this help article.

#3 IPPAY - www.ippay.com (Credit Cards and eCheck/ACH with either Visa or Mastercard, AMEX (AMEX requires a direct account)

We will need your DAB, Merchant ID and Terminal ID information from IP Pay to setup this processor.   See this website for assistance.

STRIPE - IMPORTANT NOTE - STRIPE made a policy change in May 2018 that requires use of their web forms or the operation of STRIPE has to be set to what they call "Unsafe Mode" in their portal.  Their definition of Unsafe Mode is not using their web forms for transactions.  In order to use STRIPE you will have to set operation in their portal to this Unsafe Mode.

How To Turn On STRIPE Unsafe Mode: Login to your Stripe  dashboard and click on "Settings" on the left sidebar. The  Settings page will load and you want to click on the  "Integration" link down under Compliance and Reporting.  Expand the advanced options and select "Process payments  unsafely". A small dialog box will open and ask you a series  of questions. Select each checkbox and then select "Someone  else built my Stripe integration" from the drop-down. Enter  "rev.io" as the vendor and then click the Process  button. Your answers should resemble the picture in this  screenshot: click here!  After this saves, Stripe will tell you  that you need to verify your phone number -- do that as well.  Having a verified phone number is a good practice.
