Change the Timezone in Call Records and Voicemails

All time information in the portal is controlled by the Timezone associated with a specific user login. This includes the Call History records, voicemail timestamps, and Answering Rule timeframes. You must, therefore, adjust the timezone settings for a specific User to reflect what you desire.
- Go to the PBX Portal and click on the Users menu button.
- Find the user you want to modify and click on their Name.
- In the Profile tab you will find the Timezone setting under the Profile Information section.
