Change the Timezone in Call Records and Voicemails

All time information in the portal is controlled by the Timezone associated with a specific user login. This includes the Call History records, voicemail timestamps, and Answering Rule timeframes. You must, therefore, adjust the timezone settings for a specific User to reflect what you desire.

  1. Go to the PBX Portal and click on the Users menu button.
  2. Find the user you want to modify and click on their Name.
  3. In the Profile tab you will find the Timezone setting under the Profile Information section.

Warning: DO NOT make any changes to the 0000.XXXXX.service domain users. For any changes to the 0000.XXXXX.service domain that you might need please create a request to Support.
