3. Working with Active Calls

The Home page has an ACTIVE CALLS section that shows graphical and statistical information about current calls. This information updates automatically as active calls change.

Active Calls Page

Call Graphs

The left side of the Home page shows call graphs. These graphs display calls by hour and day, allowing you to see trends in system usage. For more information about call details, see the Viewing Call History article.

Users and Applications Panel

The right side of the Active Calls page has two panels with the upper panel for Users and Applications allowing you to see the current count that are registered to your system.  Thebutton at the top-right side of the panel allows you to update the statistics shown.

StatisticsDescription
UsersTotal number of users in the domain.
Registered DevicesTotal number of devices currently registered in the domain.
Total DevicesTotal number of devices, registered and unregistered, in the domain.
Auto AttendantsTotal number of Auto Attendants configured in the domain.
Call QueuesTotal number of Call Queues configured in the domain.
ConferencesTotal number of Conference Bridges configured in the domain. Includes Owned and Dedicated.
Phone NumbersTotal number of phone numbers assigned to the domain. Includes unassigned and assigned.

Usage Statistics Panel

The right side of the Active Calls page has a Usage Statistics panel that shows the status and activity of the system, as well as sub-totals for the current and the previous month. These statistics are described in the following table. The button at the top-right side of the panel allows you to update the statistics shown.

Current Active CallsNumber of calls currently being processed on the domain.
Calls TodayNumber of calls processed on the domain today. Excludes any active calls.
Total Minutes TodayNumber of minutes all users on the domain were on calls today. Excludes any active calls.
Avg. Talk TimeAverage number of minutes all users on the domain were on calls today. Excludes any active calls.
Video Meetings TodayTotal number of video meetings happening today using Meeting.
This Month
Total MinutesNumber of minutes all users in the domain were on calls from the first day of the month to current. Excludes any active calls.
Peak Active CallsThe highest number of simultaneous calls from samples taken every 60 seconds from the first day of the month to current.
Video MeetingsTotal number of video meetings that have happened this month using Meeting
Previous Month
Total MinutesNumber of minutes all users in the domain were on calls from the first day of the previous month to the last day of the previous month.
Peak Active CallsThe highest number of simultaneous calls from samples taken every 60 seconds from the first day of the previous month to the last day of the previous month.
Video MeetingsTotal number of video meetings that have happened last month using Meeting
