- Select the Foscam camera type
- Give it a name
- Select the model
- Click Next.
- In the Network tab, turn Off “Enable P2P” (if it’s a P2P camera)
- Enter the camera's Username and Password.
- Input the External IP address for the network or the DDNS address configured for the camera.
- The Port number applies to the camera's HTTP port that was set and opened on the network for the selected camera. Certain Foscam models also have an RTSP port; this too must be set and opened on the network when applicable.
- HTTPS is not required but can be enabled by clicking the on/off button.
- Auto Setup should most often be turned on to ensure an easier setup. Only when connection errors occur should this be disabled.
- Click Next to test the connection and proceed to the camera settings page.
- In the Settings tab, choose the Quality you desire, your camera Sensitivity and if you'd like to have email Notifications.
- Capture Mode options are still "Images" or 30-second "Video" clips.
