It is possible to disable the capturing and short-term storage of RTP from a particular domain. Disabling the capturing of RTP may be useful if your client has privacy concerns.

To disable RTP-Sight for a domain, please submit a Support Request with the domain name you would like disabled.

It will NOT be possible to diagnose the domain's call quality issues from our Network while capturing is turned off. Any call quality diagnosis would need to be done from the customer's Network.
