Important

  • In order to achieve the Integration successfully, You need to configure the bridge properly. Please click the link to go to the conference bridge set up. https://skyswitch.elevio.help/en/articles/121
  • Your Meeting Manager login should be "ext@domain". Custom login like your email will not work with the Integration. 

Setup

Once the Conference Bridge is properly set up you will be able to log in to the Meeting Manager and host a meeting.

There are 2 ways to know if your meeting manager is connected to the conference bridge. 

  1.  You will see the meeting ID matching a "current active calls" in your PBX portal.
  2. The meeting ID is also shown in the "conference's participant" through the conference tab in your portal.
