AllState E-Agent - How it works

eAgent is a web-based Agency Management System used by Allstate agents to manage their customers. Agents want to integrate eAgent with their SkySwitch phone system in order to have their customers’ profiles appear on their screens when the clients’ calls are answered, without having to search for the customer manually.

To request activation, please contact the SkySwitch Control Tower by creating a ticket including the domain's name in the request for integration.  

Here are the steps to use this feature:

1. All agents must be actively logged in to the E-agent website. 

2. All agents must also be actively logged in the reseller's branded PBX portal. Incoming calls to this agent will trigger a pop-up URL with the caller's information.

NOTE:   This is a Microsoft Internet Explorer integration with AllState eAgent CRM system.   You may need instruct the end user to "allow popups" to their browser from this URL.
