This document describes the default CDR format for exported CDRs

File Specification

Contains Header row: First row has column names

Fields terminated by: comma (“,”)

Fields optionally enclosed by: double quote (‘”’)

Fields escaped by: double backslash (“\\”)

Lines terminated by: linefeed (‘\n’)

Filename: xipx.[YYYYMMDD].[file number].csv (Example xipx.20140218.01.csv)

Fields

id

Description: Globally unique identifier for CDR. Used as a key to the SkySwitch CDR database to reference additional information about the call.

connect_time

Description: Unix time that the call was initiated

Type: Integer

alert_time

Description: Unix time that progress information from the far end is first received

Type: Integer

begin_time

Description: Unix time that the far end of the call was actually answered

end_time

Description: Unix time that the call was terminated

Description: E.164 source of call

Type: Char

destination

Description: E.164 destination of call

Type: Char

host

Description: Used by billing providers to identify customer account.

Type: Char

Max Length: 64

bin

Description: Billing identification number. The last two digits identify the rate deck that should be used to rate outbound calls.

directionality

Description: Identifies the directionality of the call. “term” signifies termination, a.k.a. outbound calling. “orig” signifies origination a.k.a. inbound DID calling.

duration

Description: Billable call duration in seconds. Billable time does not include call time spent in “early media” prior to the far end answering the call.

call_id

Description: The SIP Call-ID found in the originators SIP session.

release_reason

Description: Indicates who terminated the call and how.

Type: Char
