SkySwitch provides one central location for Resellers to manage their credits cards on file for payment collections. This is within the 'SkySwitch BillCenter' portal which is accessible by permitted Dashmanager users thru the 'SkySwitch BillCenter' link under their profile menu.

Note: The 'SkySwitch Billcenter' is the only place you can add and manage credit cards. Any payments made within the 'SkySwitch Billcenter' are applied to your monthly bill statement balance only.
Warning: You cannot recharge your Manage Telco Prepaid Usage balance from within 'Skyswitch Billcenter'. For details on how to recharge your Manage Telco Portal - XIPX Prepaid Usage account visit the following link: Managing Telco Services Prepaid Balance Recharges

Payments processed by for bills and Prepaid Usage recharges are posted to your Reseller Monthly Bill Statement each month for your review (e.g. Monthly Recurring Charges and Non-Recurring charges).

Warning: When trying to add Prepaid Telco usage, in order for a newly added credit card to BillCenter to be activated for use in the Manage Telco Portal, you MUST process a payment of $1.00 on the card from within 'SkySwitch BillCenter' portal first. The Manage Telco Portal will not recognize the card until a successful payment on the card is captured even though your card is valid. This is due to the linking of security tokens between our merchant processor and billing platform.
  1. Login to SkySwitch Dashmanager and click the link for 'SkySwitch BillCenter'.

2. Go to 'View & Pay Bills' and select 'Payments.'

From here you can add a New Credit Card and or ACH account or Select a Credit Card from a Saved Profile on file to make a payment.

For adding a new card:


    1. Select 'Credit Card' from the drop-down menu in Method
    2. Enter an amount of $1.00 or more
    3. Leave the 'Saved Profile' blank
    4. Enter the new card information in the required fields below.
    5. Complete the transaction by clicking on the 'Submit Payment' button at the top.

If you selected 'Save Payment Information for Future Transactions' the card will be saved in your 'Profile' drop down.

Note: You must 'Save' your payment information in order for the credit card to be available for use in the Manage Telco Portal for Prepaid VoIP recharge.

FAQ: Can I use ACH with the Manage Telco portal? - Currently, we are not able to accept ACH payments for Prepaid Telco Usage. You will not see ACH as a payment option in the 'Manage Telco' portal. You must add a valid credit card in SkySwitch BillCenter for use in the 'Manage Telco' portal.
FAQ: How can I delete a Credit Card on file in BillCenter? - If you need to delete a card on file, please email: billcenter@SkySwitch.com with the last four digits and expiration date of the card you want to be deleted.
