Meeting Manager has been designed to work seamlessly with a PBX audio bridge, which means that attendees can join the audio portion of a conference by calling from a SIP phone, or by dialing into a DID. However, it is also possible for one or all meeting attendee to join the bridge using a headset and the built-in VoIP client.

To connect to the audio bridge without a DID or SIP Phone, simply click on the arrow beside the phone icon and select the Use Mic & Speakers option.

These participants will automatically be connected to the PBX Audio Bridge of the Meeting Host (or to the Default Audio Conference Bridge if the Meeting Host does not have an Owned Conference Bridge).

In order for the integration between Meeting Manager and the PBX Audio Bridges to work correctly, the following settings should be followed in the PBX Bridge: (a) Minimum Participant to Start should be set to 1 (b) Require Leader to start should be set to No

The PBX Conference Bridge should be set as shown in the image below.
