PBX Node Info Tool
Partners can access the PBX Node Info tool by navigating to PBX > Node Info in the Partner Dashmanager.
The PBX Node Info Tool displays the Partner's PBX Node IP addresses and PBX Portal address. This tool should be used by Partners to ensure that their PBX IP is whitelisted in any relevant firewalls.
Locating Unregistered Devices
Partners can view Unregistered Devices by navigating to PBX > Phone Registrations in the Partner Dashmanager and selecting the domain they wish to view.
From the Phone Registrations menu, you view a list of devices that stopped registering at the start of an incident and remained unregistered. Partners should use this method to identify any device that needs intervention.
BYOT Configuration Tool
BYOT Partners can access the BYOT Configuration tool by navigating to Telco > BYOT Configuration in the Partner Dashmanager.
The BYOT Configuration Tool displays a BYOT Partner's BYOT ingress and egress IP addresses. The BYOT Configuration tool should be used by partners to confirm their originating carrier is failing over between the Partner's Ingress IP addresses and accepting traffic from all the Partner's egress IP addresses.
